Charlie Piermarini, PA-C, MSPAS, MS, MPH

Charlie Piermarini, PA-C, MSPAS, MS, MPH, is a certified Physician Associate (PA-C) providing individualized care to people of all ages at Complete Injury & Wellness in Phoenix, Arizona. 

After completing his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, he went on to receive his Master of Public Health and Joint Master of Science Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University in Vallejo, California. 

During this time, Charlie spent his summers as an EMT at Lions Camp Tatiyee in Show Low, Arizona, a special needs summer camp serving physically and mentally challenged children and adults. His passion for medicine was solidified by the experience of caring for individuals there. 

Charlie went on to work as a Physician Assistant at several urgent cares and at different pain management specialists in Arizona, before co-founding and acting as a Physician Assistant and CEO of The Healing Joint and Integrative Medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

He was the Health Center Manager and director of operations at Premise Health at the U-Haul corporate site in Phoenix, Arizona, before joining Clinica Medica Hispana in Phoenix as a clinical manager and Physician Assistant. Charlie co-founded, is COO, clinical director and Physician Assistant at Complete Injury & Wellness in Phoenix.

Charlie is passionate about blending Western and Eastern methods and specializes in procedures like trigger point injections, dry needling, knee injections, and wellness exams that focus on treating the whole patient. 

He holds certifications from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, The Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants and the American Heart Association, is a certified health coach through The National Society of Health Coaching, and holds a certification in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Charlie speaks nationally and publishes writings regarding his medical experience using cannabis and CBD. He offers restorative cannabis coaching, founded and is CEO of Restorative CBD, and is the chief medical advisor at Nirvalla CBD, LLC.

Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and baby boy, staying active, being outside, cooking and always finding new ways to treat his patients like family.
